I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with spacious and clean rooms, excellent facilities, and a huge bathroom. However, if this was a superior double room, I can't imagine what a normal double would be like. The service was exceptional, allowing us to check in early and featuring super friendly and fantastic staff. The location was ideal for shopping, sightseeing, and dining, although it wasn't very clear at night. The dining experience, available next door, provided a great start to the day, even though it was a bit slow to order. Overall, it's a lovely hotel right in the city center with pleasant staff.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, quiet yet close to the best restaurants in town. The rooms had a modern and contemporary style, and our room was in a very good position for all the brilliant things going on in Liverpool. The service was top-notch, with friendly and polite staff always willing to help. While the dining experience was fantastic with really tasty options, it could get a bit noisy at nighttime. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent value for money.

The hotel was just what we needed and clean, superb for a comfortable stay, yet the nightly music from the bar could be a bit bothersome. The rooms, though smaller than expected, were smart and well-maintained. The service was friendly, helpful, and even arranged a duplicate invoice promptly. The location was excellent, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The dining experience offered good food but with limited options. The overall value for money was great.
